Team License Activation

If your organization has purchased a team license for Form Builder Pro, follow these steps to activate the app on your device:

• Tap here to download the app from The App Store if you don’t already have it installed.
• On your device, tap this link to open the activation page.
• Enter your email address and activation code, and tap the Activate button.
